Due to temporary interruptions in our power supply for essential maintenance our telephone and internet connection will be affected today (Wednesday 4th June) and Wednesday 11th June.

Technical Issues

TELEPHONE PROBLEMS 

Since changing our telephone service to Full Fibre, having been told it would be reliable we have been experiencing lots of issues.  

When calling us, many of our customers have had the reply that the number isn’t recognized.  We believe that as the phone line is now digital when the Wifi signal drops out it is not possible to connect.    

We are trying our best to get this problem resolved.
